TABRIZ HAS A SPECIAL MEANING FOR KHAMENEI
The meeting held in Iran, which is simultaneously engaged in nuclear negotiations with the U.S. and facing regional tensions and the risk of war, also drew attention in terms of the political atmosphere. It is noted that Tabriz holds a special significance for Khamenei. It is known that the religious leader's family migrated from Tabriz to Mashhad, where he was born.
