In the Adaklı district of Bingöl, students at two schools fell ill after lunch. It was reported that 120 students from the Boarding Regional Middle School and Şehit Hikmet Saydan Primary School were transferred to hospitals due to complaints of nausea. The governor's office stated that the students' health conditions are good and that they are being kept under observation as a precaution.

In the Adaklı district of Bingöl, health issues experienced by students after lunch at two schools caused panic. A total of 120 students from the Boarding Regional Middle School and Şehit Hikmet Saydan Primary School were placed under treatment due to suspected food poisoning.

POISONING SYMPTOMS

According to the information obtained, some students experienced nausea and discomfort after lunch. Following this, 112 Emergency Health teams were quickly dispatched to the schools. Students were gradually transferred to Adaklı and Kiğı State Hospitals, while 13 students were directed to Bingöl State Hospital.

FAMILIES RUSHED TO THE HOSPITAL

In a statement made by the Bingöl Governorship, it was reported that the general health condition of the students is good, there are no life-threatening situations, and they are being kept under observation as a precaution. Students whose conditions have improved are being discharged. Additionally, two pediatricians from the provincial center have been assigned to the districts.

CAFETERIA UNDER SCRUTINY

The governorship's statement also emphasized that following the incident, inspections were initiated in the school cafeteria upon the instruction of the District Governorate, samples were sent to the laboratory, and a judicial and administrative investigation has been launched regarding the matter. It was noted that the process will be shared with the public transparently.
