SEXUALLY ABUSED BY DIDDY AT AGE 16
A male plaintiff using the pseudonym John Does claimed that he attended a party organized by Combs at the age of 16 in hopes of becoming famous, and he alleged that he was sexually abused by the rapper at the party. The plaintiff stated that he was pressured with the words "Don't you want to be famous?" when he did not comply with the rapper's demands.
FORCED TO TAKE DRUGS AND ENGAGE IN SEXUAL RELATIONS
Another plaintiff recounted that during Combs' famous parties in 2004, he was forced by the rapper to take drugs and engage in sexual relations. The plaintiff expressed that he was threatened with death if he did not comply with the demands. Another plaintiff stated that Combs physically assaulted him and raped him during the parties.
DIDDY'S DIRTY PAST
Combs, known as "Diddy," was arrested on September 16 on charges of "sex trafficking, forced labor, kidnapping, unlawful detention, arson, drug possession, bribery, and obstruction of justice." In a 14-page indictment shared with the public on September 17, it was stated that Combs often held parties called "Freak Offs," which lasted for days and were usually recorded, mostly at their homes, and that he forced individuals who were obliged to attend these parties to engage in sexual relations.
The indictment mentioned that Combs used methods such as "threatening to control their careers by using his influence, and committing economic, psychological, verbal, and physical violence" against the victims. It was also reported that "drugs" were seized during searches conducted at the rapper's homes. The indictment recorded that Combs offered bribes to witnesses and victims to remain silent or to testify falsely.
Combs had denied all the charges against him in the federal court where he was brought in Manhattan. If found guilty, Combs could face a minimum of 15 years and a maximum of life imprisonment. The lawsuits against the American producer and rapper will begin on May 5, 2025.
