In the forested area between Mahmutköy and Çamlıca village in the Keşan district of Edirne, a person was found dead in a parked truck with a gunshot wound to the head.

While passing through the side road from the Mahmutköy junction in the Keşan district of Edirne towards the village of Çamlıca, those who saw a person motionless in a parked truck in the forested area reported the situation to the gendarmerie teams. Upon the notification, gendarmerie and medical teams were dispatched to the scene.

AN INVESTIGATION HAS BEEN INITIATED REGARDING THE INCIDENT

Gendarmerie teams found Erdoğan S. (52) dead from a gunshot wound in the driver's seat of the truck. The body of Erdoğan S. was taken to the morgue of Keşan State Hospital after an examination conducted by the public prosecutor and the gendarmerie at the scene. The investigation initiated regarding the incident is ongoing.
