Fifty-two inmates escaped from a state prison in Indonesia's Aceh province. While 26 inmates were captured, the moments of the prison break were captured on a mobile phone camera.
Fifty-two inmates escaped from a state prison in Indonesia's Aceh province early on Monday. The province's director general of prison affairs, Yan Rusmanto, stated that 26 of the escaped prisoners had been recaptured and returned to prison by Wednesday morning.
ESCAPED INMATES ARE BEING SEARCHED FOR EVERYWHERE
Police spokesman Joko Krisdiyanto said that the Aceh police have increased security at the prison and accelerated search efforts to prevent further escape incidents. Krisdiyanto stated, "We urge citizens to immediately report anything they see or hear regarding the escaped inmates."
