The Israeli police announced that at least six people were injured in knife attacks that occurred at four different locations in the city of Hadera, according to reports from emergency response teams, with some in serious condition. In a police statement, it was said, "The attack occurred at four different locations, and six people were stabbed... Shortly after, the police identified the suspect and neutralized him by firing." The emergency medical service provider Magen David Adom stated, "We intervened with several individuals injured in various conditions, some of whom were in serious condition." The agency also added, "We provided life-saving medical intervention and began transferring the injured to Hillel Yaffe Medical Center." This attack occurred following an armed and knife attack in Tel Aviv, Israel, claimed by Hamas, which resulted in the deaths of seven people more than a week ago. Since the outbreak of war in the Gaza Strip following Hamas's attack on southern Israel on October 7 last year, Palestinian militants have carried out various attacks against Israelis.
