Tevfik Tepebaşı also claimed that he is innocent and has no connection to the construction process or contracting of the Ebrar Site Block H. The defendants N.K. and H.N. requested acquittal from the court.
14 YEARS 5 MONTHS PRISON SENTENCE
After the statements, the court panel announced its decision, sentencing the defendants Tevfik Tepebaşı and Atilla Öz to 14 years, 5 months, and 10 days in prison for causing the death and injury of multiple people through conscious negligence.
The court panel, which ruled for the acquittal of the defendants H.N., L.T., and N.K., decided to separate the files of the fugitive defendants Ahmet Doğan and Mustafa Timurbanga due to their inability to be captured.
