It was also mentioned that people cannot allocate enough time for rest and social life along with overtime. It was stated that reducing working hours to 6-7 hours can increase productivity and contribute to a healthier lifestyle for employees.

WORKING HOURS AND WOMEN

Some citizens stated that women especially struggle to balance work and home life. Many people said that working 4 days a week is ideal and the daily working hours should be limited to 6-8 hours. The need to allocate time for home and family life was emphasized.
