In the urban transformation practices in Istanbul, the construction assistance provided to the rights holders has been updated. With the new decision published under the signature of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, the construction assistance, which was previously 700,000 TL, has been increased to 875,000 TL, and the support of 350,000 TL has been raised to 437,500 TL. The maximum support amount has also been increased from 1,400,000 TL to 1,750,000 TL.
According to the decision published in the Official Gazette, an increase has been made in the construction assistance provided within the scope of urban transformation practices carried out in Istanbul.

According to the Presidential Decision published in the Official Gazette, the construction assistance, which was previously 700 thousand TL, has been increased to 875 thousand TL, and the support of 350 thousand TL has been raised to 437 thousand 500 TL. The highest support amount has been increased from 1 million 400 thousand TL to 1 million 750 thousand TL. The assistance of 100 thousand TL provided to tenants has also been redefined as 125 thousand TL.
The decision also stated that the old assistance amounts would be valid for contracts signed before the enforcement of this regulation.
