An investigation has been initiated by the Competition Authority to examine whether Dyson Turkey has violated Law No. 4054.

The Competition Authority shared the results of the preliminary investigation conducted regarding the company Dyson, which operates in Turkey with a wide range of products from cordless vacuum cleaners to hair care devices, air purifiers to hand dryers, with the public.

INVESTIGATION INTO THE GIANT COMPANY

The Competition Authority opened an investigation to determine whether the company violated Law No. 4054. According to the statement from the Authority; an investigation has been launched against Dyson Turkey Electrical Products Trade Ltd. Co. Within the scope of the investigation, it will be examined whether Dyson, which sells and markets various durable consumer goods such as wired and cordless vacuum cleaners, air purifiers, hair care equipment, hair and hand dryers, lighting, wearable technology products, and various industrial and household cleaning equipment, has violated Article 4 of the Law on the Protection of Competition No. 4054 through practices that hinder parallel imports and interfere with resale conditions.
