Malaysian Prime Minister Ibrahim, in his speech, criticized Israel's stance on the non-proliferation of nuclear weapons and said, "It is unacceptable for Israel to want to deprive other countries of their legitimate rights while possessing all nuclear capabilities."

Pezeshkian, in his conversation with Sultan bin Tariq of Oman, stated, "By cooperating together, we can build a region free from war and conflict, filled with progress, peace, and tranquility," noting that the direct involvement of the US in Israel's military attack has forced Iran to retaliate.
Sultan bin Tariq of Oman expressed that they know Iran has no intention of attacking Qatar, stating, "Oman and other brotherly countries in the region support the efforts to defend the rights of the Iranian people."
