The Ministry of National Education (MEB) stated that the claims regarding the "central exam question booklets for the verbal section of the High School Transition System (LGS) being shared before the end of the exam" are unfounded, and it was expressed that "it is evident that the sharing time mentioned in the visuals in the news is 11:57, which will not create a situation that negatively affects the first session of the verbal section exam that ends at 10:45."

DENIAL OF CLAIMS THAT "QUESTION BOOKLETS WERE SHARED BEFORE THE EXAM ENDED"

In a statement from the ministry, it was noted that some media outlets and social media platforms claimed that "the question booklets for the verbal section of the central exam conducted on June 15, 2025, were shared before the end of the exam, and this situation undermined the security of the exam."

The statement emphasized that these claims are unfounded, reminding that the central exam within the scope of LGS is conducted in two sessions, with the verbal section starting at 09:30 and ending at 10:45.

It was recorded in the statement that after the completion of the verbal session, the attendance lists and answer sheets were placed in a sealed envelope that could not be reopened and put into exam boxes with special serial number locks, and that the second session, which is the numerical section exam, started at 11:30 and ended at 12:50 with all security measures being applied thoroughly by the officials.

“THERE IS NO NEGATIVITY”

The statement mentioned that the question booklets were left in schools for students or parents who wanted to take them, and the following expressions were used: "Therefore, it is evident that the sharing time mentioned in the visuals in the news is 11:57, which will not create a situation that negatively affects the first session of the verbal section exam that ends at 10:45. There is no negativity that would cast a shadow on the security of the central exam conducted meticulously in our schools on June 15. It is important not to give credence to such news that manipulates the public with lies, inaccuracies, and fabrications, causing concern for our students' families."
