In a statement made on the ministry's social media account, it was stated, "The amount and additional fee applicable under the paid military service will be updated according to the civil servant monthly coefficient, effective from July 1, 2025, as per the Military Recruitment Law. It is important for those who wish to apply for paid military service based on the current fee amount to complete their application and payment processes by June 30, 2025."
NEW MINIMUM WAGE WILL RISE TO 277 THOUSAND LEVEL
The exact rate of the civil servant salary increase will be determined by the June inflation, which will be announced on July 3rd. The civil servant monthly coefficient, which was determined last in January, is 1.012556, while this figure in the calculation formula for paid military service is multiplied by 240.00 to yield the final paid military service fee. Civil servants had already earned a 14% raise from January, February, March, April, and May. According to this calculation, the coefficient rate will rise to 1.15431384, and the paid military service fee will reach 277 thousand lira based on 5 months of data.
The exact rate of the paid military service fee increase will be determined by the inflation announced in July. The Ministry of National Defense will also announce the official paid military service fee.
