According to local reports, the 98th Division of the Israeli army has been sent to the country's north. It is said that the division consists of 10,000 to 20,000 soldiers, including paratroopers and commandos.

It has been reported that the division, which was shifted to the north after the tension with Hezbollah, took part in the attacks on the Gaza Strip.

Simultaneous explosions occurred in communication devices used by Hezbollah elements in Lebanon. The Ministry of Health announced that as a result of the detonation of communication devices used by Hezbollah elements throughout the country, 12 people, including a child, lost their lives and around 2,800 people were injured, 200 of whom are in critical condition.

Lebanese officials hold Israel responsible for the incident, but there has been no statement from Israel regarding the matter. It has been observed that tensions have been increasing in the clashes that have been ongoing on the Israel-Lebanon border since October 8, 2023.
