We brought our first wild garlic this week. It is also known as asparagus, but our region's wild garlic is different. It grows spontaneously in the mountains. It comes out in spring after the rains. It is a beneficial plant. It is particularly very beneficial for urinary tract inflammation. It is very useful. Collecting it from the mountains is just as laborious. It is laborious in terms of where it is collected, but it is a pleasurable thing. Not everyone can find it, but those who gather know it. Collecting it is also very enjoyable. It is one of the important flavors of our region. We have started selling the first wild garlic. We sell it for 150 TL per bunch. If the rains continue, these will continue to be available," he said.
