While talking to Finnish President Alexander Stubb, Meloni looked up at the ceiling, rolled her eyes, and touched her arm to indicate that she wasn't wearing a watch. This summer wasn't the first time Biden kept Meloni waiting. Last month, he was the last leader to arrive at the G7 summit in Italy. Meloni jokingly said, "You shouldn't keep a woman like this waiting."
