King Charles became angry at the servant child who was adjusting his robe during the Opening Ceremony of Parliament. This happened following a similar incident in Jersey. On the same day, Camilla was briefly removed from her duties due to a false security alarm. Charles stated in his King's Speech that the legislative program will be based on "security, justice, and opportunity for everyone." These events reflect the busy and tense agenda of the royal couple.

King Charles scolded the servant boy who was trying to fix his robe at the Opening Ceremony of Parliament. The 75-year-old monarch suddenly withdrew his hand when his regalia was being placed before the ceremony. Charles intervened and fixed the fabric himself while his assistant was trying to place it around the Throne.

This incident came after Charles had a confrontation with an assistant a few days ago in Jersey when he was helping his wife Camilla. Camilla was struggling to put on her coat in the wind and rain.

On the same day, Camilla was briefly removed from her duties due to a security alarm. However, it turned out to be a false alarm and the royal couple was able to continue with their schedule.

Later, Charles delivered the King's Speech at Westminster Palace. It was the first time the monarch spoke under a Labour Party government, and he stated that the legislative program would be based on "security, justice, and opportunity for all." He announced measures to be taken on issues such as illegal immigration, housing, workers' rights, and nationalization of railways.

This speech took place on a day filled with ceremonies and traditional pomp. The King officially inaugurated the new Parliamentary session by traveling from Buckingham Palace to Westminster.
