It has been learned that Abdullah Öcalan, the leader of the PKK terrorist organization who is imprisoned in Kandil, has sent a letter to Cemil Bayık, one of the organization's executives. The contents of Öcalan's letter are not yet known.
The leader of the MHP, Devlet Bahçeli, made a call during his party's parliamentary group meeting regarding the PKK terrorist organization's leader, Abdullah Öcalan, stating, "If the isolation of the terrorist leader is lifted, let him come and speak at the DEM Party Group Meeting in the Grand National Assembly of Turkey. Let him proclaim that terrorism has completely ended and that the organization has been dissolved." This call to benefit from the 'right to hope' under this condition marked the beginning of a new process. The process that Turkey is closely watching continued with the DEM Party's visits to İmralı. Recently, it was claimed that Öcalan would make a call soon, which could be in the form of a video message.
