It was claimed that the person who introduced himself as an Israeli officer revealed that the leadership of the organizational structure infiltrating the elements of the deposed Assad regime was held by Bashar Assad's cousin, Rami Makhlouf.
In the second part of a documentary published by Al Jazeera, it was stated that documents belonging to high-ranking officers of the Assad regime and a 74-hour audio recording were obtained. According to Al Jazeera, these files were delivered to the "El Mutaharri" program along with hundreds of documents and audio recordings. It was reported that the Syrian individual who leaked the information introduced himself as an Israeli officer and convinced the leadership cadre of the remnants of the old regime to cooperate and coordinate.
AT THE HEAD OF THE STRUCTURE IS ASSAD'S NEPHEW It was claimed that the person whose aim was to infiltrate this structure and expose its organizational structure revealed that Rami Mahluf, Bashar Assad's nephew, is at the head of the structure. The recordings in question suggested that at the top of the organizational structure of regime elements were Mahluf, former generals Gayyas Della, and Suheil al-Hassan, the Commander of the Tiger Forces residing in Russia.
The report claims that Salih al-Abdullah is responsible for military affairs, Ali al-Eyd for coordination among field groups, and Ali Mihanne for financial matters.
Rami Mahluf ESTABLISHED A COMMAND CENTER NEAR THE SYRIAN BORDER The documentary stated that Suheil al-Hassan established a large command center in a region near the Syrian border, in the El-Hisa area of Lebanon, to manage operations. According to the recordings and documents, it was claimed that Mahmud es-Selman, one of the elements of the Assad regime, is a Lebanese citizen, and about 20 pilots, led by Mahmud Hassuri, who was appointed by Iran, are trying to join this structure while residing in Lebanon.
The recordings obtained by Al Jazeera reveal that coordination was established between officers affiliated with the regime and Mikdad Fiteyha during events on the Syrian coast, and these groups' deployment points in Homs, Hama, Latakia, Tartus, and Damascus are identified.
The documents emphasized that there is information indicating that Fiteyha planned to incite events with these officers in Syria's coastal region on March 6, 2025. The recordings, which reveal attempts to reorganize the ranks after the collapse of the old regime, suggest that Suheil al-Hassan stated in an audio recording that he has 168,000 soldiers in 5 regions.
