"A CALL FROM IMRALI IS EXPECTED IN FEBRUARY"

Mehmet Emin Ekmen stated that a call from Imralı is expected in February. Avoiding comments on the content and impact of this call, Ekmen emphasized that Turkey's political agenda is becoming increasingly intense every day.

"THE KURDISH ISSUE WILL PROVIDE GAINS TO TURKEY WITHOUT THE THREAT OF WEAPONS"

Sharing his views on the resolution of the Kurdish issue, Ekmen said, "This issue will provide incredible gains to Turkey when discussed without the threat of terrorism and weapons. Terrorism has exhausted itself as a method that can no longer produce solutions."

"IF THE CONFLICT RESOLUTION FAILS, THE SITUATION WILL WORSEN"

Pointing out the risks of conflict resolution processes, Ekmen stated, "If no results are achieved in these processes, the resulting situation will be more violent. Therefore, it is necessary to correctly identify the paths to resolution and pursue a strategy away from terrorism."

"ALL WORK IN THE EARTHQUAKE ZONE IS STILL BEING CONDUCTED THROUGH TENDERS"

Ekmen criticized the work in the earthquake zone, stating, "In the earthquake zone, all work is still being conducted through tenders. However, faster and more effective methods should be implemented in these processes." He noted that this approach has slowed down the recovery after the disaster.
