Merve Taşkın, who frequently comes to the agenda with lawsuits filed against her, announced that she has left Turkey. Taşkın said, "I thought the police would come every time the doorbell rang. I always kept clothes by the side of my bed in case they came to detain me at night. Influencer Merve Taşkın, who has faced numerous investigations due to the content she shared on social media, announced that she has left Turkey. Taşkın, who stated that she could not withstand the psychological pressure she experienced recently, described her departure as a "birthday gift" for herself.
"I WAS SLEEPING WITH THE FEAR OF BEING DETAINED"
Expressing that she lived under great fear and stress in her last days in Turkey, Taşkın shared striking details in a post on her social media account:
"My psychology was so disturbed that I couldn't sleep at night. I thought the police were coming every time the doorbell rang. I always kept clothes by the edge of my bed in case they came to detain me at night, and I left food and water around for my cat so it wouldn't go hungry while I was away."
"I WILL MISS YOU, TURKEY"
Stating that she made a sudden decision to escape this state of "burnout," the influencer described her departure process with the following words:
"I realized I couldn't spend my days like this, so I bought a one-way ticket as a birthday gift for myself and left. I have no plans. I don't know what the result of my choice will be, but not trying made me feel worse. I will miss you, Turkey."
Taşkın concluded her post by bidding farewell to Turkey, adding that she has not yet determined a route for her new life.
