THE PERSON WHO MADE THE COFFEE WAS NOT FOUND AT FAULT

In the non-prosecution decision, which also included the expert report, it was noted that suspect Münire A. was not previously aware of the nature of the liquid substance that was suitable for mixing with drinking water and was unlabeled, and therefore her unintentional use of this substance in making coffee did not constitute fault, and thus it was recorded that Münire A. had no fault in the occurrence of the incident or in the injury of Ayben Ö.T.

For these reasons, a decision was made that there was no ground for prosecution on behalf of the public against the suspects.
