Nine of these were large. Aydın-Nazilli-İsabeyli, Manisa-Soma, Aydın-Nazilli-Yazıkent, Antalya-Aksu, İzmir-Gaziemir, Akhisar, İzmir-Kuyucak, and İzmir-Doğanbey. Currently, the fires in Akhisar, İzmir-Kuyucak, and İzmir-Doğanbey are still ongoing. These three fires are serious. 1,459 FIRES IN 29 DAYS
Yumaklı also stated, "Since June 1, we have intervened in 1,459 fires. Causing forest fires is a serious crime. There is a heavy prison sentence for it."
FIRES IN MANY LOCATIONS
