Minister of Labor and Social Security, Vedat Işıkhan, has released the results report of the Open Job Statistics Survey conducted by İŞKUR. According to the report announced by Minister Işıkhan, "We have identified 270,761 open jobs by contacting 17,181 businesses." The report reveals that the top three occupations with the highest number of open jobs are machinist, garment worker, and service personnel.

The Minister of Labor and Social Security, Vedat Işıkhan, stated that they produce effective solutions by analyzing the needs of employers and job seekers.

IMPORTANT MESSAGE FROM MINISTER IŞIKHAN

Minister Işıkhan, who shared the results report of the Open Job Statistics Survey prepared by İŞKUR on social media platform X, said, "We contacted 17,181 businesses and identified 270,761 open jobs."

Minister Işıkhan's post is as follows; "We have published the results report of the Open Job Statistics Survey prepared by İŞKUR in order to determine the sectors with the highest demand for workers and the most sought-after professions. We contacted 17,181 businesses with 1 or more employees and identified 270,761 open jobs (employees requested or needed by employers)."

ACCOMMODATION AND FOOD SERVICE AT THE TOP OF THE LIST

According to the report published by Minister Işıkhan, the sectors with the highest open job rates are respectively Accommodation and Food Service Activities, Manufacturing, and Culture, Art Entertainment, Recreation, and Sports.

MOST IN DEMAND: MACHINISTS AND GARMENT WORKERS

According to the report, the most in-demand professions are machinists, garment workers, service staff, cleaning staff, sales consultants, warehouse workers, gas metal arc welders, manual laborers, junior accountants, and metalworking machine operators.
