Minister Işıkhan announced that a total of 293 million TL grant support has been provided to 2,746 former convicts and 3,608 disabled citizens in the last ten years. 385 MILLION 897 THOUSAND GRANTS GIVEN IN THE LAST TEN YEARS According to the data of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, 183 million 198 thousand 277 TL grant support has been provided to 3,608 disabled citizens and 109 million 968 thousand 815 TL grant support has been provided to 2,746 former convicts since 2014, and a total of 385 million 897 thousand 77 TL has been allocated to 7,237 projects. Minister Işıkhan stated that grant support applications for disabled and former convict citizens have started and made the following statements: "Grant support applications for our disabled and former convict citizens have started. As the Ministry, we are taking a new step to ensure that our disabled citizens have a greater presence in the workforce. This year, we will prioritize projects that promote the participation of autistic citizens in the labor market in grant applications. Applications will be held between September 18 and December 6, 2024."
