IETT buses accompanied the motorcyclists who had difficulty progressing in traffic.
DRIVERS EXPERIENCED DIFFICULT MOMENTS
The strong southwesterly winds that are effective throughout Istanbul continue to create difficult moments for both vehicle drivers and citizens. On Friday, January 2, the strong winds that began to be effective also caused motorcyclists on the 15 July Martyrs Bridge to experience tough times. Due to the wind, which occasionally reached speeds of 85 kilometers per hour, IETT buses provided shelter for the motorcyclists who had difficulty crossing the bridge. While the buses slowed down until they crossed the bridge, the motorcyclists progressed alongside the bus for a long time. The IETT bus drivers ensured that the motorcyclists crossed the bridge safely, and those moments were captured by vehicle cameras.

The footage shows moments when the bus slowed down to ensure that the motorcyclists could safely cross the bridge, while the motorcyclists progressed alongside the bus along the bridge. Some of the motorcyclists thanked the driver by honking, while the IETT bus driver continued on his way, greeting the motorcyclists.
