Narin's father openly named the killer: Everyone in the courtroom cried except for him.

In relation to the murder of Narin Güran, the interim decision was announced in the first hearing held at the Diyarbakır 8th High Criminal Court. The court panel decided to continue the detention of the 4 defendants and to adjourn the hearing to Thursday, December 26 at 09:00.

NARIN'S FATHER SPOKE FOR THE FIRST TIME AFTER THE HEARING

After the court session, father Arif Güran spoke for the first time. In a statement to A Haber, Güran said that everyone cried during the hearing except for Nevzat Bahtiyar, and he believed that Nevzat was the one who killed Narin. Arif Güran stated: "I am trying to attend the court as much as I can. Two points caught my attention. The first point here... The indictment states that; Hüseyin Güran, Arif Güran, Salim Güran, and Fuat Güran have disappeared between their houses. The last place my daughter was seen is where the hay is. On the left side is Hüseyin Güran's house, behind it is Salim Güran's house, and 500 meters ahead is Fuat Güran's house.

"NEVZAT BAHTIYAR IS LIKE A GHOST IN THE INDICTMENT"

Nevzat Bahtiyar stated in his testimony, 'My distance from the path is 50-60 meters.' When asked how far your house is from Arif's, he said '30 meters.' Some people either do not want to see or want to continue their lies. If my house is 30 meters from Nevzat's, then how come this path and this house are not mentioned in the indictment? Right now, Nevzat Bahtiyar is like a ghost in the indictment...

"NEVZAT KILLED MY DAUGHTER"

Nevzat Bahtiyar was like a robot in the courtroom. Everyone cried except for Nevzat. Nevzat killed my daughter. No one can comment on my daughter. When someone comments on my daughter, I lose myself.

"WHILE EVERYONE WAS CRYING, NEVZAT DIDN'T EVEN HAVE TEARS IN HIS EYES"

I do not suspect my family. However, if the state has suspected and imprisoned him, he will serve his sentence. But if he is innocent, the state will release him so that I can live with him. However, that person was there for 3 days while 80% of the room was crying, and his eyes didn't even fill with tears. This means he is a ruthless person."
