Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu made scandalous statements during a special session of the Israeli Parliament (Knesset) that he attended with Argentine President Javier Milei.

Netanyahu stated that he does not expect the Ottoman Empire to reemerge in the near future, saying, "The Ottoman Empire is not a power that will reemerge soon. There may be those who disagree with me, but this is the way it is."

Netanyahu continued his remarks by stating, "Jews settled in Argentina fleeing economic hardships and anti-Semitic oppression not only from Eastern Europe but also from Ottoman lands." The Israeli Prime Minister emphasized that Argentina, which he expressed gratitude for having embraced Jews in the past, became a safe haven for thousands of Jews, especially in the second half of the 19th century.
MILEI SHOWED SUPPORT WITH APPLAUSE
Argentine leader Milei applauded Netanyahu's scandalous Ottoman statement in support. Supporting Netanyahu by saying, "We will not leave you alone in the fight against dark forces," Milei stated, "We stand behind Israel's just cause."
