With the arrest of firefighter İrfan Acar, the number of detainees in the case has risen to 20. One defendant was released, while house arrest was ordered for 5 defendants. The hearing, held in a specially created area in the gymnasium of Bolu Social Sciences High School, was attended by detained and non-detained defendants, those injured in the fire, families of the deceased, relatives of the defendants, and attorneys for the parties. REQUEST REGARDING MINISTER ERSOY REJECTED
In the case, the requests for a criminal complaint against the Minister of Culture and Tourism, Mehmet Nuri Ersoy, the owner of Etstur, and for Ersoy to be heard as a witness in his capacity as Minister of Tourism and Culture were rejected.

It was decided to release kitchen worker Faysal Yaver under judicial control among the detained defendants.
