Sertaç Taşdelen, who was found to have earned a large amount of money illegally by establishing mobile applications and websites named "Faladdin" and "Binnaz," had his bank accounts and assets worth 107 million lira seized. After his procedures at the police station, Taşdelen was referred to the courthouse and was arrested by the Magistrate's Court, which he was sent to with a request for detention.
The teams of the Cyber Crime Department of the Istanbul Police Department detected that illegal income was being generated through mobile applications and the websites associated with these applications. In the conducted investigations, it was determined that fortune-telling activities were organized through a company and carried out using various illegal methods.
THE ASSETS OF THE FOUNDER OF FALADDIN TOTAL 107 MILLION LIRA
In the investigation, it was determined that the suspects committed the crimes of violating Law No. 677, 'Money laundering of proceeds of crime,' and 'Establishing and managing an organization for the purpose of committing a crime.' Following the investigations, the police carried out simultaneous operations against 2 companies early this morning, detaining 1 suspect. During the searches conducted at the suspect's address, 1 mobile phone, 1 SIM card, 1 tablet, 7 computers, 1 external hard drive, 1 USB flash drive, and 1 memory card were seized. Additionally, 2 vehicles, 2 marine vessels, and the assets of 2 companies, valued at approximately 107 million 500 thousand lira, were confiscated.
HE WAS ARRESTED BY THE PEACE CRIMINAL COURT
After the completion of police procedures, Sertaç Taşdelen, who was transferred to the Istanbul Courthouse in Çağlayan today, was referred to the Peace Criminal Court with a request for arrest for the crime of 'Money laundering of proceeds of crime.' Sertaç Taşdelen was arrested and sent to prison.
