Accordingly, it was decided that the Director General of Bilateral Relations (Asia-Pacific) Ambassador Esra Cankorur will be the Ambassador to Dublin, the Director General of Bilateral Relations (East Africa) Ambassador Elif Çomoğlu Ülgen will be the Ambassador to Rome, the Director General of Bilateral Relations (Central Asia and Turkic States Organization) Ambassador Gökhan Turan will be the Ambassador to Berlin, Ambassador Ali Murat Ersoy will be the Ambassador to New Delhi, Turkey Maarif Foundation President Birol Akgün will be the Ambassador to Baku, Presidential Chief Advisor Yakup Caymazoğlu will be the Ambassador to Amman, Ambassador Hakan Çakıl will be the Permanent Representative to the World Trade Organization, Vatican Ambassador Ufuk Ulutaş will be the Ambassador to Tashkent, and the Director General of Public Diplomacy and Strategic Communication Ambassador Sadık Arslan will be the Ambassador to Singapore.
