A new detail has been added to the discussions regarding the allegations of an illicit affair between Adapazarı Mayor Mutlu Işıksu and his Chief of Staff E.S. According to the claim, it was alleged that Mayor Işıksu arranged for a green passport to be issued to E.S., who serves as his Chief of Staff, to avoid visa issues during international travels.
In the unethical 'forbidden love' scandal between the Mayor of Adapazarı and the Chief of Staff, a green passport also emerged. It was revealed that Mayor Mutlu Işıksu obtained a green passport for E.S., who was the Chief of Staff in 2023, to avoid visa problems during international travels. E.S. was referred to as "Deputy Mayor".
GOOD PARTY APPLIED
Good Party Adapazarı District Chairman Türker Ergül also applied to the municipality with a petition, stating that E.S., who was hired as a contracted employee in 2015, transitioned to civil service in 2023 and obtained a special (green) passport in a short time despite not meeting the qualifications. Ergül raised the questions, "How was a green passport given to a person working in the Chief of Staff? On what title and rank did this personnel gain the right to a special passport? What distinguishes this personnel in the eyes of the Mayor?"
192-PAGE MESSAGE TRANSCRIPT IN THE FILE
While the echoes of the incident continue, a 192-page message transcript, allegedly made via TikTok, was presented as evidence in the divorce case filed by E.S.'s spouse Hakan S. on the grounds of "infidelity and adultery". It was claimed that the parties communicated with secret pseudonyms for about six months.
MEETING PLANS DISCUSSED
It was observed that the messages included terms of endearment like "my love" and "my darling", discussed meeting plans, and contained correspondence made during the night. The records submitted to the case file indicated that Mayor Mutlu Işıksu used the pseudonym "bst198080", while Chief of Staff E.S. used "istuser04".
REQUEST FOR OFFICIAL LETTER TO TIKTOK
While Mayor Işıksu denied the allegations, it was learned that Hakan S. requested the court to write an official letter to TikTok to verify the records. The course of the case closely concerns the political agenda in Sakarya, and it was reported that the legal process is ongoing.
Here are the messages allegedly exchanged between the two;
