The Turkish National Football Team, which will face Montenegro and Iceland in the UEFA Nations League B, has made changes to its candidate squad.

STAR PLAYERS REMOVED FROM THE SQUAD

According to a statement from the Turkish Football Federation, İsmail Yüksek and Mert Günok, who are injured, have been removed from the candidate squad, while goalkeeper Berke Özer from Eyüpspor has been called up to the candidate squad.

In the statement made by the TFF, it was stated, "After the health checks conducted on our National Team, which entered camp in Istanbul yesterday for the matches against Montenegro and Iceland in the UEFA Nations League, it was determined that İsmail Yüksek and Mert Günok's injuries would not fully heal during the matches. The two players removed from the candidate squad will continue their treatment at their clubs. Following this development, goalkeeper Berke Özer from Eyüpspor has been called up to the National Team candidate squad."
