Norwegian Forward Haaland Shines In Champions League

19 year old striker scores 7 goals in his first four Champions League matches to enter records book.

A wunderkind from Norway, Erling Haaland, retained his stunning performance, notching a goal against Italy's Napoli this week in the UEFA Champions League.
The 19-year-old striker became the first player to net seven goals in first four Champions League matches, making his way into the records book in this category.
Playing for Austrian football club RB Salzburg, Haaland is among four players achieving the same performance.
Italian football legend Alessandro Del Piero, Atletico Madrid's Spanish forward Diego Costa, and Brazilian forward Ze Carlos also scored goals in their first four Champions League matches.
Enjoying an excellent start to this season, Haaland scored 23 goals in 17 matches for the Austrian team.
Haaland made his senior debut in 2016 for the Norwegian club Bryne when he was only 15 years old.
Before joining RB Salzburg in August 2018, Haaland netted 20 goals in 50 appearances for another Norwegian side Molde.
The Norwegian international has reportedly attracted interest from several European giants such as Juventus from Italy and English club Manchester United following his outstanding performance.
Haaland's market value is currently €30 million ($33 million), according to the German-based football website Transfermarkt.
He had two international appearances for Norway, but hasn't scored for his country yet. -
