The TFF 2. Lig team Bursaspor announced that they have signed forward Halil Akbunar from the Super Lig team Eyüpspor.

EYÜPSPOR SAID GOODBYE
Eyüpspor also made a post on their social media account to bid farewell to the experienced player. The post included the statement, "Thank you, Halil Akbunar! We thank Halil Akbunar for his efforts during the three seasons he wore our jersey, his contributions during the two seasons we spent in the Trendyol Süper Lig, and his dedicated performance on the field.
