The statement of actor Oktay Kaynarca, who was detained as part of a drug investigation and released under judicial control measures, has emerged. Kaynarca was asked about Rabia Karaca's words, "They were gifting each other women with Murat Gülibrahimoğlu." The famous actor responded to this question, "Murat is a close friend of mine, but it is out of the question for me to mediate in a crime like prostitution."

Recently, drug operations targeting celebrities have been in the news. The Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office announced that Oktay Kaynarca, Emel Müftüoğlu, Neda Şahin, Ali Sert, Rabia Karataş, and Selen Çetinkaya were detained as part of an investigation conducted by the Smuggling, Narcotics, and Economic Crimes Investigation Bureau on the morning of January 13, Tuesday. Oktay Kaynarca and Emel Müftüoğlu were released under judicial control with a travel ban.
"I WITNESSED THE ENTERTAINMENT GROUP IN THE PHOTO"
Kaynarca's statement to the prosecutor's office has been obtained. Oktay Kaynarca stated in his testimony that he is against illegal substances such as drugs. Kaynarca was asked if he went to the house in Günyüzü Konakları. Kaynarca replied, "I went to the house in Günyüzü Konakları. Murat Gülibrahimoğlu was there. I witnessed the entertainment group in the photos you showed."
"I RECEIVED 100 THOUSAND DOLLARS FROM MURAT GÜLİBRAHİMOĞLU"
Kaynarca was asked about the statement of social media phenomenon Rabia Karaca, which said, "Murat Gülibrahimoğlu and Oktay Kaynarca accepted the offer to be the face of a construction project aimed at Middle Easterners near the new airport." Accepting this statement, Kaynarca said, "I received 100 thousand dollars from Murat Gülibrahimoğlu for a promotional film, but I returned the money later because the project did not materialize. Filming was done regarding the project, but it did not come to fruition."
ATTENTION-GRABBING PROSTITUTION QUESTION
Stating that he is a close friend of Murat Gülibrahimoğlu, Kaynarca said, "I know a person named Fatih Keleş because I saw him next to Murat Gülibrahimoğlu."
Oktay Kaynarca, who stated that he definitely does not know Rabia Karaca, continued:
"I do not accept Rabia Karaca's statement that 'Murat Gülibrahimoğlu and Oktay Kaynarca are close friends and that they gift women to each other at drug and prostitution parties.' Murat is my close friend, but it is out of the question for me to mediate in a crime like prostitution."
WHAT HAPPENED?
The Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office announced that Oktay Kaynarca, Emel Müftüoğlu, Neda Şahin, Ali Sert, Rabia Karataş, and Selen Çetinkaya were detained as part of an investigation conducted by the Smuggling, Narcotics, and Economic Crimes Investigation Bureau on the morning of January 13, Tuesday.
In a written statement made by the prosecutor's office, it was stated that the suspects were evaluated to have committed one or more of the crimes of possessing drugs or stimulants, facilitating drug use, encouraging prostitution, mediating or providing a place for prostitution, and providing places and opportunities for gambling.
The prosecutor's office requested judicial control in the form of house arrest for Kaynarca and Müftüoğlu and referred them to the Peace Criminal Court. This request was not accepted by the court. The court decided to release the two individuals under judicial control with a travel ban.
After the prosecutor's proceedings, Ali Sert and Rabia Karataş, who were sent to the peace criminal court, were arrested.
Judicial control measures were decided for Neda Şahin and Selen Çetinkaya.
