President Ilham Aliyev, President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, and Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif of Pakistan shared the same platform at the ceremony.

In his speech at the ceremony, President Ilham Aliyev emphasized the strong bond between Turkey and Azerbaijan. Aliyev stated, "The presence of my dear brother President Erdoğan in the parade holds special significance for us. The political and moral support he showed from the first hours of the Karabakh War gave us strength and encouraged our people. The people of Azerbaijan will never forget this brotherhood."

Reminding that Pakistani soldiers participated in the ceremony at Azadlık Square for the first time, Aliyev said, "This shows the brotherhood and solidarity of the three countries."

In his speech at the ceremony, President Erdoğan stated, "I want you to know that the liberation of Karabakh is not only a great source of pride for Azerbaijan but also for the Turkish world. Every step taken by the Azerbaijani army on the land of Karabakh, every drop of blood shed for independence and dignity, has been written in our common history as a badge of honor in golden letters. Likewise, I wholeheartedly congratulate my brother Ilham Aliyev, who is the architect and leader of this great victory, and I know that his successes will continue. I want you to know that the liberation of Karabakh is not only a great source of pride for Azerbaijan but also for the Turkish world. Under the resolute leadership of my brother Ilham, the Azerbaijani army liberated Karabakh from occupation, extinguishing this 30-year-old fire in hearts. Thank God, today there is peace, development, and freedom in every inch of Karabakh, from Lachin to Shusha, from Zengilan to Khankendi, from Khojaly to Fuzuli. Inshallah, this climate of peace and security will continue to strengthen. I am pleased to follow the brave steps of Armenian Prime Minister Mr. Pashinyan. Inshallah, this magnificent victory will result in a lasting agreement that will secure peace and tranquility in the region with the constructive attitude of both leaders. As Turkey, we will continue to do whatever is necessary. At this point, we are proud of the progress made by dear Azerbaijan."
