The incident occurred on December 2 at a café on Mahmut Azizoğlu Street in the Yenişehir district. F.O. waited for K.B., who wanted to meet, after messaging his uncle's wife on social media. Upon arriving at the café, K.B. was first beaten by F.O. and bystanders, and then shot in the leg.

The moments of the beating were recorded on a mobile phone, and health and police teams were dispatched to the area upon notification. K.B. was taken to the hospital by ambulance after the first intervention.
PROCEEDINGS INITIATED ON HARASSMENT ALLEGATION
In his statement, F.O. claimed that he shot K.B. because he had been harassing his aunt by messaging her. F.O. was arrested and sent to prison by the court he was brought before. It was learned that proceedings had also been initiated against K.B. on the allegation of harassment after he was discharged from the hospital.
