This post was interpreted as a sign that the 26-year-old footballer would remain at Fenerbahçe. Fenerbahçe fans quickly showed great interest in the Nigerian star's post.

Bright Osayi-Samuel was transferred from the English team QPR in January 2021 for a transfer fee of 500,000 euros. The 26-year-old footballer has scored 7 goals and made 14 assists in 145 official matches for the yellow-blue team. The Nigerian right-back has only been able to play in 6 of the 12 official matches this season due to injury and suspension.
