A pregnant woman walking on the sidewalk in Istanbul Sultangazi was harassed. The suspect was taken into custody, while the harassment that took place in broad daylight in the middle of the street was captured on the security camera of a nearby business.

A female healthcare worker, who was walking home after finishing her shift in Sultangazi, noticed someone approaching her from behind. The woman moved to the side and slowed down, trying to get in front of the suspect.

TOOK ADVANTAGE OF THE EMPTY STREET

The suspect blocked the woman's path and then grabbed her by the arms. Taking advantage of the empty street, the suspect harassed the woman and then quickly ran away from the scene. The moments when the pregnant healthcare worker was being harassed were captured on the security camera of a nearby business.

TAKEN INTO CUSTODY

Meanwhile, it was learned that the suspect was seen near the hospital where the healthcare worker worked, 2 hours after the incident. The suspect was taken into custody by the police.
