President Erdoğan received Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Arakchi and his accompanying delegation within the framework of the "51st Meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation."
President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan received Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi within the scope of the "51st Meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation" at the Lütfi Kırdar Congress Center.
In the meeting, Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan, Minister of National Defense Yaşar Güler, President of the National Intelligence Organization (MIT) İbrahim Kalın, and Chief Advisor to the President on Foreign Policy and Security Akif Çağatay Kılıç were also present.
"THE NAME OF ATTACKS ON IRAN IS BANDITRY"
Speaking at the 51st Session of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), Erdoğan reacted to Israel and Netanyahu. In his speech, Erdoğan stated: "Justice will prevail; victory will undoubtedly belong to the believers. I sincerely believe that we will see beautiful days when we will talk about peace. Israel, backed by the unconditional power of Western forces, continues to drag our region into instability. The Netanyahu government has proven to be the biggest obstacle to regional peace. I strongly condemn Israel's attacks on Iran. The definition and description of Israel's attacks on Gaza, Lebanon, Yemen, Syria, and most recently Iran is banditry. The description of Israel's attacks is banditry. It is certainly significant that these attacks occurred during a period when negotiations regarding Iran's nuclear program intensified. We have no doubt that the Iranian people will overcome these days with the solidarity they have shown in the face of difficulties and their strong state experience. The measures taken by Iran to defend its people against this state terrorism by Israel are quite natural and legitimate."
