Erdoğan stated, "You will find those in need and be their companion in their troubles." He added, "You will keep your door open 24 hours a day for citizens' complaints. Arrogance will never visit your neighborhood. You will approach developments that alienate our people from the state with zero tolerance. We have no tolerance for administrators who are disconnected from the people, the streets, and the tradesmen. We do not tolerate arrogant administrators. When the time comes, you will load firewood and coal onto the truck and deliver it to those who do not have it. You will seek them out and take it to them. We also do not tolerate administrators who oppress the personnel under their responsibility."
