Russia's Minister of Natural Resources and Environment, Alexandr Kozlov, has traveled to North Korea for discussions. Russian President Vladimir Putin sent "rare animals" as a gift to North Korean leader Kim Jong-Un through Kozlov.

The military cooperation between North Korea and Russia has expanded into various areas. Russian Minister of Natural Resources and Environment Alexandr Kozlov visited North Korea for political contacts. The North Korean government reported that a Protocol on Commercial, Economic, Scientific, and Technological Cooperation was signed between Kozlov and North Korean Minister of External Economic Relations Yun Jong Ho. While no information was shared about the content of the agreement, Russian media reported that the parties agreed to increase the number of scheduled flights between the two countries. It was noted that Kozlov and his accompanying delegation left North Korea last night.

RARE ANIMALS WERE SENT

In a separate statement from the North Korean government, it was recorded that Putin sent "rare animals" as a gift to Kim through Kozlov and his accompanying delegation.

KOZLOV AND HIS DELEGATION HAD GONE TO NORTH KOREA

Russian Minister of Natural Resources and Environment Alexandr Kozlov, along with his delegation, went to Pyongyang on November 17 to attend the 11th North Korea-Russia Intergovernmental Committee on Trade, Economy, Science, and Technology Cooperation meeting. It was stated that Kozlov had a cordial meeting with the country's leader Kim Jong during his visit.
