Russian President Vladimir Putin stated that the Ukrainian administration has lost its legitimacy by not organizing a presidential election, saying, "There is no point in signing agreements with the Ukrainian administration." Putin also outlined his condition for the end of the war in Ukraine, stating, "The Ukrainian army will withdraw from the occupied territories, and then the conflicts will cease."

"WE NEVER THOUGHT OF ATTACKING EUROPE" Regarding European security guarantees, President Putin stated, "The rumors that Russia will attack Europe sound funny to us. We never thought of attacking. If they want to hear it from us, let's put it on record, no problem. Some people there are telling their public that Russia is preparing to attack Europe. They say we must strengthen our defense potential as soon as possible. Either they are serving the interests of the defense industry and private companies, or they are trying to increase their popularity in domestic politics. It is hard to say what they are guided by. To us, this is complete nonsense. Still, if they want to hear that we have no aggressive plan towards Europe, we are ready to record this appropriately. If we all want to come together and set some points on European security, perhaps it makes sense to do so. We proposed this at the summit. If the so-called Western partners want this, we are ready. We realize that we need to sit down and discuss the meaning of every word seriously. A document reminds us that we need to resolve the issue of strategic stability with our U.S. partners. "ABU DHABI IS ACTIVELY USED FOR SOLVING ISSUES RELATED TO THE EXCHANGE OF WAR PRISONERS" In response to a question about negotiations on Ukraine taking place in Abu Dhabi, Putin said, "Yes, I have heard some news regarding Abu Dhabi. Putin expressed that it is meaningless to sign an agreement with the current Ukrainian administration, stating, "It is meaningless to sign an agreement with the Ukrainian administration.
