The CHP High Disciplinary Board evaluated the objections of four former provincial heads and one mayor, who were referred to discipline with precautionary measures due to a request for definitive expulsion. As a result of the evaluation, it was decided to maintain the measures.
The CHP High Disciplinary Board (YDK) evaluated the objection made by Istanbul Provincial Chair Özgür Çelik, Bursa Provincial Chair Nihat Yeşiltaş, Bitlis Provincial Chair Metin Güzelkaya, Batman Provincial Chair Hüseyin Yaşar, and Mezitli Mayor Serkan Tuncer, who were referred to disciplinary action with precautionary measures and removed from their duties by the Central Executive Board.
In the meeting, the objections of Istanbul Provincial Chair Özgür Çelik, Bursa Provincial Chair Nihat Yeşiltaş, Bitlis Provincial Chair Metin Güzelkaya, Batman Provincial Chair Hüseyin Yaşar, and Mezitli Mayor Serkan Tuncer regarding the precautionary decisions were rejected with 10 votes against 3, and it was decided to continue the measures.
