In response to someone from the audience saying "They took it," he gave a notable reply, stating, "They can take 3-4 of them, but you have to look at the end of the match."
The words spoken by Türk-İş General President Ergün Atalay at an event he attended, where he refused to participate in the minimum wage determination commission meetings hosted by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, drew attention.
ATALAY: NO ONE CAN TAKE YOUR DIPLOMA
Ergün Atalay addressed the academics in the hall, saying, "Hacettepe is one of the prestigious universities for both you and me. Those present in this hall, faculty members, legal experts, professors; excuse me, sir, you have diplomas as vast as a field. We don't have such a thing. I mean, such a picture is so important; they can take your ministry, they can take your presidency, but no one has the opportunity to take your diploma or title," he stated.
