The statement noted that Russian forces have made progress on all fronts of the frontline in Ukraine, stating, "The troops of the Southern and Eastern military groups have liberated the settlements of Petrovskoye in the Donetsk People's Republic, and Tihoye and Otradnoye in the Dnipropetrovsk region."
