With this discount reflected at the pump, the price of diesel in Istanbul will be 57 lira and 3 kuruş per liter.

A DISCOUNT OF 2 LIRA 44 KURUŞ IS COMING
A discount of 2 lira 44 kuruş is expected to be applied to the price of diesel fuel starting from Tuesday.
IT WILL BE SOLD FOR 57 LIRA 3 KURUŞ IN ISTANBUL
With the discount reflected at the pump, the price of diesel will be 57 lira 3 kuruş in Istanbul, while it will be sold for 58 lira 6 kuruş in Ankara.
HOW ARE FUEL PRICES CALCULATED?
Fuel prices are calculated by refineries based on the average prices of refined products in the Mediterranean market, which includes Turkey, and changes in the dollar exchange rate. As a result of this calculation, the prices applied by distribution companies may show slight variations due to competition and freedom among companies and cities.
EPGIS HAD DECIDED NOT TO ANNOUNCE PRICE CHANGES
After the Energy Market Regulatory Authority (EPDK) filed a complaint against EPGIS, the only union that announces changes in prices, the union stated that it would not share fuel price changes with the public until the legal process is concluded.
