In a statement made from the ministry's social media account, it was stated, "Following the public shares regarding the sale of products targeting the beliefs and values of our society on an e-commerce platform, an immediate investigation has been initiated by our Ministry of Trade. As a result of the coordinated work with the relevant units of our Ministry of Trade, the product in question has been swiftly removed from sale, and necessary administrative processes have been initiated against the seller within the framework of the legislation. As the Ministry of Trade, we will not allow any product, service, or commercial activity that has the potential to provoke society, target hate speech, discrimination, national and spiritual values, or damage the public conscience to find a place in the e-commerce ecosystem. Our Ministry of Trade continues its inspection activities decisively to protect consumers, ensure the safety of the digital trade environment, and prevent content that could harm national unity and social peace. All necessary steps will be taken against any commercial activity that disrupts public order without any delay," it was said.
