The lifeless body of 8-year-old Mahir El Ali, a Syrian national, was found in the river after falling from a bridge in the Dörtyol district of Hatay.
A Syrian national, Mahir El Ali (8), who fell into a river from a bridge in the Dörtyol district of Hatay, lost his life. An investigation has been initiated regarding the incident.
The incident occurred in the Özerli neighborhood. Citizens who saw a child fall into the river and get swept away reported it to the 112 Emergency Call Center.
DEAD BODY FOUND
Upon the notification, fire, health, and police teams were dispatched to the area. It was determined that the child pulled out of the river had died. The lifeless body of the Syrian national child, identified as Mahir El Ali, was taken to the morgue for autopsy. An investigation has been initiated regarding the incident.
